Where do you install a new flasher in a 1999 Buick LeSabre. I have looked on the driver's side floorboard and there was no place to install it. Where does it go?

Your turn signal flasher is located under the left of the instrument panel, near the instrument panel fuse block. It's a small round device that's sort of connected by a pigtail directly on the side of the fuse box.

Dear Mr. Clark,
Many, many thanks for sharing your expertise. I went back and looked by the instrument panel and there were two pigtails. One was indeed for the turn signal -- it was installed upside down and had a cover over it. Very well hidden. But thanks to your diagnosis, I now have a turn signal that works. Again, my thanks.
