1995 Buick Lesabre Problems with electronics

Problems with electronics. The power windows will work on the driver side or passenger side every other time, if I open and close the driver door, they will then work. Passenger side blinker does not blink, it does light. Got cut off by a semi while doing about 50 mph, the air bag light came on and wouldn't go off. It then started flickering and eventually went off. A few hours later got in & turned on the key and the air bag went off. It got so hot that it melted the bag, then the horn started going and wouldn't shut off. That too eventually stopped. Drove the car about 1/2 hr home and it still was quite hot on the column around where the air bag goes. I do not know where to start to figure out the problem. Any help?
