My father has a 1994 buick lesabre. He is recovering after having receiving an artificial implanted heart. His doctors tell him he is now perfectly fit to drive, except he can't drive a car with an active air bag. Can you tell me how to disable it for him? He says the local mechanic didn't know how to do it.
