1994 Buick Le Sabre Interior Lights Blink

Recently purchased a used 1994 buick le sabre. Whenever a door is closed the interior lights blink for a good 30-60 seconds. This also happens when I turn the interior lights on then off with the panel lights dimmer switch. They don't blink while they are supposed to be on. Ie when the switch is on. Or a door is opened. Only when they should be off. I checked fuses and they are all good. Any clue why this would be happening?

I have a 1995 and have similar problems, for a year or so. Sometimes autolocks do not work and at the same time inside lights do not come on at all. Once in a while they will work for one day or less and will not work most of the time.

Sometimes inside olights will stay on when car is shut. I carry a wrench to remove battery negative terminal under my car seat for quick access.

Recently I have brake light and bell problems. They do not turn off.
