Rear view mirror loose on windshield of 1998 Buick Le Sabre. This has the compass and highbeam headlight integral systems.

Is the mirror loose from the windshield or something other? There is an allan wrench type bolt that will tighten it to a steel mount on the windshield. Is that where the problem is coming from?
