how do you remove the crank shaft pully

Remove right wheel and splash guard. Remove serpentine belt. At other end of engine, remove small cover plate exposing bottom of flywheel and brace a big screwdriver against a notch in its teeth.

Get an impact or pneumantic wrench or big 'ol breaker bar for the pulley center bolt. It's plenty tight, regular threads. Get a harmonic balancer puller and, if it doesn't have them, three 1/4-inch fine-thread bolts about two and a half inches long.

Shine a bright light into the slots on the front of the pulley to see the holes to thread the bolts into.
