Hello,
Quick question for you about my 1999 Buick Century.
The Left Blinker. Blinks really fast. It still works. I was wondering if this is a real problem or the start of something else.

Indicates too many amps being drawn in circuit. Have you replaced any bulbes recently? Could be a problem with short in bulb or socket.

We did have the door locks fixed. They replaced the actuator with three out of the four doors did not unlock. Could this be related?

Not likely try replacing bulbs maybe shorted bulb
