1992 Buick Century Buick Century hard to start

Just bought this car a few days ago it takes a long time to start but once you get it started it runs fine and when stop it it cranks on the first try is there any reason it takes so long to crank after its been sitting

Chances are your fuel pressure is dropping. The system may have a leak or the pump is bad. You need to check fuel pump pressure and pay attention to fuel pressure drop off.
