I have a 1999 Buick Century that is hard to start. It turns over for 5-10 seconds before starting and takes about 20-30 seconds to idle smooth. I can shut it off and it will start right back no problem. If it sets for 10 minutes or longer same problem. I have changed plugs, wires, fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator with no change in starting. No visible fuel leaks, have checked connections and fuel rails. What do I try next?

Check for a leaky fuel pump test port, also check for leaky fuel injectors, they could be bleeding off alot of pressure.

The fuel pump o ring did not seal or was not in straight(don't know). I had the smell of gas coming from that area. I took it out reinstalled it with some sealant. Car starts fine now.
