Brakes pedal goes to the floor

My brake pads were metal to metal so I replace the rotor and pads. Bled the brakes and had a pedal but it slowly goes to the floor. So, went through the calipers and the rear calipers were bad. Replace them now the brakes will not bleed I have no pedal.

Good morning,

This sounds like you have a bad master cylinder as that is where the pressure is produced for the system.
