Brakes, humm and pulsates the pedal upward

When you apply the brake it hums loud and pulsates the pedal back against the pressure of your foot. I just bought it and already love it.

You need to replace the brakes and rotors. The noise is most likely just them being worn out but the pushing back on your foot is due to the rotors being warped from getting too hot.
