My brake pedal goes to the floor. We have changed the pads and rotors?

My brake pedal goes to the floor. We have changed the pads and rotors at all four corners. Both front wheel bearings. Then it went to the dealer. They told us nothing was wrong. We are baffled. Any help?

I am not sure how they can say there is nothing wrong if the pedal goes to the floor. Does this happen all the time or just sometimes?

In most cases this is an issue with the master cylinder so in the event it proves out to be this, I attached below the process on how to replace this.

However, I would suggest with bleeding the brakes first just to make sure you don't have air in the lines.
