Brake lights and turn/hazards not working

The rear running lights work but my brake lights do not also my turn signals on both sides including four ways are not working also no matter if the lights are turned on or off. I have change the multi switch on the column I change the uses of change the relays a change the brake switch I change the bulbs and still nothing also the third brake light in the tailgate does not work check all the wiring cannot find any visual damaged anywhere. Also I went out to the vehicle morning and there was clicking noises coming from the passenger side fuse block. Here are the relays for the turn signals and also in the relay right next to that one the smaller black square box relay was also clicking both all by themselves.

It sounds like the turn signal switch as gone out. To be sure here is a guide to help you check for power and the turn signal switch wiring diagrams so you can see where to test and how the system works:
