One of our fleet trucks, the rear passenger side brake light and turn signal wont work. I've replaced both bulbs and inspected the sockets and still nothing. The reverse light on this side works, which looks like it is attached to the brake light harness. I inspected what I believe to be are the correct fuses and they all seem to be not blown. All other lights on the truck work as they should but these two. Any suggestions?

The brake and turn signal lights are controlled by the body control module (BCM). There is an internal transistor that will open that circuit when there is an issue on that circuit. Usually it will reset when you replace the faulty bulb, or clearing the codes in that module, unless the transistor is faulty (usually due to faulty trailer wiring) or there have been too many times that the transistor has been tripped, because the body control module has a trip counter that has a preset amount before it gets bricked. If there is any trailer brake wiring attached to the vehicle, try removing it, then inspect the fuse again. I have attached an illustrated diagram that should help you out.
