Could we get a bit more information please? Is it that all the brake lights don't work, only one light or only the lower lights and not the upper one? That would help narrow down the problem.

Okay, you mean no marker/parking lights? How about turn signal or hazard lights? Does the dash illumination and interior lights work? How about the horn? I know it seems like a lot of questions but it will help narrow down where the fault actually is because there are two different power feeds and 5 different fused circuits that feed the lighting circuits. If we can narrow it down to one area it would be a good thing.

Okay, the horn could be the relay for it as it is fed from the same fuse as the hazard lights and they work. So that could be the relay or the horn itself. For the others you can start by using a test light connected to a ground to check the fuses in both junction boxes located under the hood as well as the one behind the drivers kick panel. Make notes about which ones don't have power with the key on if any don't have power. The issue you have has at least three possible failure points. The fuses should help point the way.
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-a-test-light-circuit-tester - the cheap single bulb ones are fine for this testing.

This shows the fuse testing. I think you will find a few with no power to either side of them, but I hope I'm wrong.
