It ran but had broken brake lines on front and now will not start

We have checked the battery, alternator, starter. All work.
the security light is on and it will not start. I have gone through all the test to try to reset security system nothing helped. Anything I can do other than I have so far? Also the horn and windshield wiper do not work.
