Steering problem 325 I 2002 100500

When I turn the steering wheel the car is making a whining noise checked power steering fluid level it is good, there is some condesation on the top of the power steering holding tank. Do I have a bad pump or is there a leak somewhere.

If there was a leak, it would be impossible to miss. Look under the car for oily spots. You may be able to add a little conditioner to the pump but. Sucess not a guarantee.
