I just recently purchased a used 2006 BMW 325ci convertible. The dealer replaced the brakes right before I purchased it. Fairly regularly when I stop I will hear a high pitch squeak coming from the brakes.

The other issue involves the passenger side window. The window goes all the way up or down with no issues. However, when it is in the down position, there is still a little lip of the window that is visible above the door frame. The driver's side window goes all the way down. The dealer looked at it and said they could not find any issues.

Thanks for the assistance.

Brake noise is due to issues that usually are not warranty repairable, in other words, you might need to replace the pads and/or chamfer the leading edges to get it gone. The window issue is an adjustment that is possibly just something that you are going to have to deal with. I dont make the news, I just report it.
