2002 BMW 325 fan clutch

Hi I changed the fan clutch, and now I can hear the fan really loud, I used to hear almost the same voice only when the AC fan runs.
and I can feel the engine power is not the same its much less, I wondered why that happened?

The fan clutch is engaged all the time, that is what seems to have happened.

Thx for ur reply, so do u think the brand new clutch that I Installed is defective? Or there might be different
t problems.

It's eurostar, I'm so confused and what is bugging me the
power. It's like a 318 now.
What do u advise? What is the best brand?
