Where is the fuel pump relay and fuse located and how do I replace fuel pump?

The fuse box is located under the hood, just behind the left shock tower and the fuse legend is on the inside of the lid. With the lid off, the relays are under a rectangular black plastic cover, right next to the fuse box. The fuel pump is inside the fuel tank. Take up the rear seat bottom, it clips in, pull up at the front and out it comes. The right side of the tank is where the fuel pump/sending unit is located. The big ring screws off. The way to get it loose is to get two big screw drivers and cross them and on the raised flats on the top of the ring, put the tips of the screw drivers in the raised flats and turn to the left.
