I have a BMW 325i 2.5 litre manual. 121,000 miles.
When engine is cold power delivery is normal, as soon as the engine warms up power delivery fluctuates every second or so. More so in high torque situations. In order to resolve the problem so far we have replaced the air filter, spark plugs, fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel pump relay and coolant temperature sensor. The car has been read for fault cdes, nothing was found. The problem is on going please help.

Hello,

This issue could be due to a faulty intake air temperature sensor.
This sensor has a certain internal resistance that changes with temperature. That signal gets sent to the ECM and that impacts the fuel delivery.
Faulty sensor it has different resistance and will send faulty data and can trigger the issue that you are facing.

I have attached the diagram and the resistance value below.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
