1989 BMW 325 wont start

My 1989 bmw will not start it has spark and I spray starting fluid in the air intake and still nothing

No spark and no injector signal could mean the DME has failed or the crankshaft sensor is not working. I know where it can be repaired for less $ than buying a new one.

I am sorry, after I re-read the first post I saw where you said there is spark. So if there is spark and you have tried spraying starting fluid in the intake, but it does not run, then is there spark at the spark plugs? I am thinking bad wires or cap and rotor. Has the fuel pressure been checked? Is the compression normal? Let me know the outcome of your tests.
