Hi, my bmw has a over heating problem, first of all the heater stopped producing any heat, so I changed the thermostat, that did'nt work, I have flushed out the radiator and there's no apperent leaks anywhere, the oil is clean, when I run the engine up to temperature the water blows out of the header tank, any idea's? Thanks

Sounds like you got an air pocket in the system. BMW's are a PITA to get air out. Best way that I have found is leaving the reservoir cap on with it topped off with coolant. Run the car until it gets 3/4 hot then shut it off. Open the bleeder screw to get all the steam out then top off the coolant again. Keep doing this until it gets the air out.
