1996 BMW 318 Why is my car Overher heating?

I have replaced thermostat and water pump and have checked all hoses for flow and leaks even the hoses coming and going to the heter core at rear fire wall, Yes the fan works also!
it over heats in less than 5 miles or 10 minutes. PLEASE HELP

Hi there,

Have the radiator professionally cleaned & flow tested as it may be partially blocked, back flushing with a garden hose will not clear any blockage fully.

Replacement of the radiator may be required due to its age.

Radiator cleaning will do it. As one suggested get a professional help to clean it. Just my 2 cents
