Hello, I have a problem with my blinkers. Sometimes they blink once or twice then shut off or sometimes they do not turn on at all. The hazard light are good, but the issue is the blinkers. Thank you for your help.

This is typical of a failing signal flasher. Replace that first before we go looking for something less common.
