2002 Ford Expedition front lights

At night my front headlights turn on and off my dashboard lights blink and sometimes the car shut off and my anti theft light blinks and I hear a clicking noise

I check the charging system I change the alternator it was doing this before change the alternator and it still doing it

Youd just hook a diag machine capable of theft system communication to the truck. Some codes don't always set a dash light. But youre shooting in the dark without checking.
