My front driver side blinker bulb I've changed and I have changed the socket. It will blink fast when lights are off but once I turn my lights on the running light don't work and it don't blink.

Hi, I'm Dan.

Usually when a turn signal bulb is blinking fast, it indicates another bulb on the circuit has failed. Can you check the rear lights to see if everything is working as normal?
Also my first thought on this is that there is a bulb installed backwards in either the rear or the front. I've attached a wiring diagram for your car's turn signal circuits.
Also be sure to check the grounds for the bulbs both front and back.

Okay, so I went over everything you sent me and I read a comment on one of these that said he bypassed the ground wire which is a black and purple wire. So I cut the black and purple wire behind the socket (make sure you cut enough wire to work with off the switch don't cut it short) but connected my own wire to the ground and used a self tapping screw and grounded it to the body behind the passenger light and it works perfect now.
