A/C is fully charge and when turned on, clutch works but still blows hot air. Which actuator do I replace?

Good morning,

I attached pictures and the procedure for you for the blend door actuators.

It is highly unlikely that both have failed at the same time. Before I would do this, I would have the pressures checked to verify there is nothing wrong with the Freon pressures.

Do you have a set of gauges to give me the high and low side pressures? I need to see them to be sure the pressures are correct.

Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
Remove the steering column. (Refer to 19 - Steering/Column/Removal) .
Remove the two screws (4) that secure the blend door actuator (1) to the left side of the HVAC air distribution housing (3).
Remove the blend door actuator from the air distribution housing. Disconnect the HVAC wire harness connector (2) and remove the actuator from the vehicle.
