Is there a way that I can balance my tires myself at home?

Is there something I can make in order to balance than myself? I can't find anyone in my town nor in any of the towns that surround us that will balance my tires I have 26" rims and 40" tires and I'm missing the weights or quite a few weights off of one of my tires and it's making it drive awful!

Good evening,

I attached a link for you to view. It is a bubble balancer for tires in both cars and trucks.

It is inexpensive and it will do the job until you can get somewhere to have someone do a spin balance for you.

What would make a constant (to my ears) a whispering sound while driving? I was thinking the wheel bearing/hub? Sometimes it feels like I'm in a bind and she's barely wanting to move, others it's like whatever it was just lets go.
