Are there any clock spring assemblies available other than scam sites?

I have the van listed above XL model in my care and it didn't pass inspection due to a bad clock spring assembly. The mechanic inspecting it told me that it would have to be repaired to pass. After 18 months of checking for this part (F3UZ-14A664-B) every two weeks and waiting for contact on an email notification list with a half dozen junkyards around the country, I still cannot find this part. Quite frankly, I have strong doubts that I will ever find this needed part. Is there a resource that I have missed? Are they for sale anymore anywhere?

I have contacted Ford directly, there authorized OEM suppliers, dealerships from Ontario to California, CarID, eBay, Rock Auto, Advance, AutoZone, O'Reilly's, and all of my local junkyards with no luck.

Good morning,

The part is discontinued. I checked all over the place and the only thing that came up is one from Dorman.

Warning: the backup power supply energy must be depleted before any air bag component service is performed. To deplete the backup power supply energy, disconnect the positive battery cable and wait one minute.

Removal
1. Disconnect the positive battery cable and wait one minute for the backup power supply energy to be depleted.
2. Make sure that the vehicle's front wheels are in straight ahead position.
3. Remove the air bag module.
4. Remove the steering wheel.
5. Remove lower right and left moldings from instrument panel by pulling up and snapping Out of retainer.

7. Apply two strips of tape across the clock spring and housing to prevent accidental rotation.

8. Remove three clock spring assembly retaining screws and pull clock spring assembly off the steering column shaft.
9. Remove the clock spring ground wire screw.
10. Disconnect the clock spring electrical connector.
11. Remove the clock spring assembly.

Installation

CAUTION: If the clock spring has been accidentally rotated, the clock spring alignment must be adjusted.

NOTE: If a new clock spring assembly is being installed, the alignment is already set.

1. Make sure that the vehicle's front wheels are in the straight position.
2. Install the clock spring ground wire screw.
3. Position the clock spring assembly on the steering column shaft.
4. Connect the clock spring electrical connector.
5. Install the three clock spring screws. Tighten the clock spring screws to 2-3 N.m (18-26 in-lb).
6. Remove the tape strips from the clock spring and housing.
7. Install lower shroud and instrument panel cover.
8. Install the steering wheel.
9. Install the air bag module.
10. Connect the positive battery cable.

NOTE: When the battery is disconnected and reconnected, some abnormal drive symptoms may occur while the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) relearns its adaptive strategy. The vehicle may need to be driven 10 miles or more to relearn the strategy.

11. Verify that the air bag is operative.
