What other vehicles alternators can I replace mine with? Interchangeable. Going through used parts dealer. Just need to know year make and model. Will the starter of same vehicles interchange too?

Alternator - 2001-2007 Caravan, Grand Caravan, Town and Country. If they have the 3.3 V6.

Starter - Town and Country 1999-2004, Voyager 2000-2003, Caravan 1999-2004,
Grand Caravan 1999-2003. Also only for the 3.3.

Are there any other vehicles that are not Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep?

No. The alternators for the 3.3 have specific mounting requirements and that is the only engine they fit.
