Shut down no power I changed battery and ground cable?

Ran fine for 25 miles shut down no power I changed battery and ground cable good electrical power but wont start has spark and on time timing belt is good new fuel pump with intank screen and new filter new circuit opening relay for air valve and fuel pump also ecu changed out of a running 4runner of same to test no start just turns over good compression in engine its the v-6 air flow meter also replaced if you open the valve with your hand the fuel pump turns on all other fuses and relays test good with ohm meter please help

You have everthing to make the car run. Timing, spark, and fuel. If you have all so the above I have I feeling you may have fouled out the plugs from trying to start the car. You may have rerplaced the defected part a few parts ago but never realized it. (I've done this before) Sometimes the answer is so simple we look right over it.
