My car has lost power, engine warning light has come on and its juddering like its running on 3cylinders. I am 50miles from home and would like to know if theres anything I can do asap

You need to scan the vehicle for OBD2 code/s in order to find out what's realy wrong with it. Could be a sparkplug/compression or an injector problem with that cylinder
