2001 GRAND PRIX [3.8 SE] WONT START AFTER RUNNING OUT OF GAS. CAR WAS SITTING IDLE THAN RAN OUT OF GAS. FILLED THE TANK UP TO HAFT FULL, CAR WONT START. CAR RAN FINE BEFORE THIS. IS THERE A RESET BUTTON. SHOLD I PRESS THE PRESSURE VALVE TO GET AIR OUT THE FUEL LINE.

Are you sure it ran out of gas? It sounds like the fuel pump stopped running for some reason. Listen at the fuel filler while someone turns the key on and cranks the engine to hear if there is a buzzing sound in the gas tank.
