1997 Questions for all other cars no start

Replaced the engine in a rover 214si and it wont start.I have no spark. I changed the ht leads, ignition coil, spark plugs, dis cap and rotor and crank sensorand still no spark. My elec windows, elec sunroof, rear wiper and radio do not work.I have checked the fuses and the wiring and everything else works ok could these problems be interlinked? Any thoughts would be great.

Hi daniel4894,

Yes all these should be inter related.

Check the ignition switch and main fuses again.

Check for power suppply to main fuse box.

Check if wire couplers are all secured.
