I am working on a high mileage, 1985 325e with no spark & no impulse to injectors. The crank angle sensor and vehicle speed sensor are sending impulse to the injection control unit. I tested them at the control unit conector. The unit has all the grounds and pos. Feeds. The injectors and coil have pos voltage but the control unit is not grounding them. I checked that at the unit.[U:c20e2ef1ee] I replaced it with a used one and still have the same problem[/u:c20e2ef1ee]. Is there anything else that can cause the injection control unit to not drive the injectors or spark the coil? Could the air flow meter, idle speed control unit, coolnt sensor, shorted out injector, or anything else cause this condition or do you think I need another Control unit?

Have you checked the relays under the hood. I had the same problem with my 528e. It turned out to be a relay.
