Air conditioner working but climate control has no light and blower not working

No air from vents and the inside has no pawer but air con works because I hear clutch on.

This can be a bad fuse, or the HVAC control unit is out, let's start with the fuses. here is a guide to help and the fuse (HVAC, HVAC1, RDO Batt) locations. Here are the A/C wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works:
