Air conditioner not cold

I have a 3 max sport (with climate control air conditioning) and the air conditioner does not blow cold air. The fan works and blows through air but it is the temperature of the air outside and is not cold. I have had it looked at and have cancelled out that it is not the compressor, as this can be tricked on when testing, it has gas/refrigerant in it and it has nothing to do with the fan. It is like it is an electrical/computer issue that is stopping the cold air from coming through to the dash. Is it possible that it might be the bcm? Body control module. As we have been told it might be this, but do not want to buy one if it is not? And other suggestions that you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Try pulling HVAC fuse inside car it may reset blend door actuator. If it is auto temperature where you set temperature a mechanic will have to scan it for codes to see what is wrong with it. I am assuming A/C is fully charged and working properly.
