I have a '91 mazda 121 bubble and a '96 one also. Both have the B3 1.3L and are manual. The 91 has power steering. The 96 has air only. I want to completely remove the air conditioner set up from one vehicle to the other. I removed the heater switch assembly easily but am now unsure where to proceed to next. I have a workshop manual that shows how to R&R all the bits and pieces but am uncertain where to go to next and in what order to follow until complete removal. Obviously refitting will be in reverse order. Suggestions please.

We only recommend direct fit parts. To be honest, going from a 91 to a 96 is most likely going to be a difficult and I wouldn't even know which year manual to follow. For the AC, the switch is the only simple part to remove. Also, before you start taking hoses or lines apart to remove them, the system should be evacuated.

In this case the parts are all the same. I intend to get the system evacuated. Just need the order of disassembly
