The system has been re-gassed the correct amount and the compressor seems to cut in, but I still get air which is below outside temperature but not cold.

Any ideas please?

Thank you

Try pulling HVAC fuse inside car as it will reset actuators as the blend door actuator may need that. Try that first.

Hello Ken

Thank you. Today I will follow these guides. The Air con fuse seems OK but I am unsure which relay it is and frankly Chevrolet themselves are not being too helpful but they are no longer here in Spain. I am grateful for your help

Hello Ken
Firstly, thanks for your help. Sorry for late reply, I have been busy building!
I pulled the fuse inside the car and under the bonnet. When I pull the fuse under the bonnet and push it back, I hear the compressor start. But the air is warm. I have changed the pollen filter. The hot/cold adjustment rheostat next to the panel just turns continuously anti clock/clockwisebut it always has. All the tubes coming from the compressor are warm, one slightly hotter.
The air con expert here glibly says "new system 1000 euros". I am sure it is electrical fault somewhere
Thank you
