Aftermarket stereo

So I installed an aftermarket stereo a week or so ago and installed a sub because I did not want the package at the time and I installed a double din with a wiring harness and ran a remote wire to the back along with the RCA cables. I just realized now that my front right and rear left speakers are not working and because I did not notice before is because I have six speakers four large and two small ones on the top side of the door. I cannot seem to figure out the issue. If you need more information just ask.
