After wheel lock, ignition will not start

After a parallel park, the wheel lock was engaged. This has happened before so I quickly unlocked the wheel.

I came back to my car to leave and the ignition key turns but it does not start. No chugging or clicking. Nothing. But all the electric power like windows still works.

I am not sure where to even start. Is it still the locked wheel?

Hello,

Try to put the transmission in neutral to see if the engine starts.
