Heater problem
2003 Acura TL 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 75000 miles

I have a 2003 Acura TL and when I turn the heater on the controls work however no air comes out hot or cold. I have checked the fuses and all the fuses are good. Thanks for any comments.

Might be blower transistor. Located under the glove box. Trace the blower motor wire to something that looks like fins.

56 fordman,

I have a 2002 tl with the same problem and was wondering if you found out what the problem was?

Thanks for any help

My 1999 TL did the same. The Problem was that the connector at the blower housing had overheated and partially melted. There is a TBS for 99 to 03 TL's on the blower harness. Mine had been done but after 10 years and a bad design it still happened. If this is the case a trip to the local junkyard will get you a splice with a good connector & blower. Or take it to the shop with this info.
