1994 Acura Legend labelled small hoses/tubes

There are numerous tubes from mostly around the intake manifold on the left. These tubes I think may be vacuum tubes. They have specific numbers located on the tubes such as (tac7) or (tac4). I have found damage on all of them I want to replace and cannot find them anywhere. Also it is now causing my car to run very poorly and smells in between rotten eggs and sweet like coolant. Please help
