my car blows alot of white smoke form the muffler. When it is in idle it blows alittle.

Hi kauai_boy32,

If you do not have overheating and coolant losses issues, the smoke should most probably be grey in color and that is an indication of oil burning in the cylinders.

The main factor contributing to this are the valve stem seals, at least 60 % and the other would be from the piston rings.
