Just put a used (76k) engine in my 89 Integra after 6 years on jack stands. Ran great for 2800 and statred sputtering and loosing power. Found that even though gas was drained and remaining fuel treated, it was dirty. Found nasty "red clay" residue plugging the injector screens. Removed injector rail and cleaned injectors. Back flushed the fuel filter. Problem started again and found that although fuel pressure (42 psi) was good, flow was low. Removed the fuel pump and cleaned the inlet screen. Not the best way to clean the tank but I am not dropping it in the driveway, it takes all of 30 seconds to access the fuel pump inlet hose. I has been running great until today. The fuel pump will not power up when key is turned on. There is no voltage at the connector. Bench test shows pupm functions fine. Where can I find a schematic so I can find my voltage loss?

Inspect and test the EFI main relay it powers the fuel pump thru the yellow wire-see below
