If you think it is a fuel issue, use a gage and check fuel pressure. What is engine litre size?

If it starts then dies in a couple seconds, then check the security system. Check the security lite on the dash. Passlock will usually disable the fuel injectors.

If you want to check fuel pressure, there is fuel pump gage made for this, you tee into the supply line. I don't believe you have a Schrader valve on this vehicle. The fuel pressure is 41--47 psi. Don't take any fuel lines loose, unless your sure no pressure on the system.
