Acceleration still won’t?

I’ve replaced the throttle body control and the gas pedal and it still won’t accelerate past 15

There are multiple items that can trigger reduced power mode. Do you have a scan tool that can pull codes from every system? Even if the CEL isn't on there can be codes in other systems that can trigger reduced power. As such a scan is the first step.
