The air is blowing and when I idle the car it is warm air blowing then when I take off I will start having the AC get cold as I drive.

If system is full check belt and tension-er as recommended replacement is 60,000 for both. Then check for blockage at condenser or fan not working with A/C on and finally check to see how full the system is.

Sounds like it has a blocked or damaged condenser. Or you have a weak compressor and the higher rpm makes it almost work correctly.
Test the system charge and watch the pressures as you increase the rpms. A low charge can act this way as well.
