AC warm on driver side, but cool on passenger side

AC warm on driver side, but cool on passenger side after a battery failure on a very hot day (95 degrees day) but a new battery has been placed. Driver side actuator was replaced but still has the same issue. I see the old and new actuators both moving when temperature changes. Should the actuators be calibrated when installed with battery reset? Or do I need a new HVAC climate controller?

I would try to reset the system. Here is how: it is more of a functional test, you may have a bad blend door actuator is the replacement a AC Delco? Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
